Remember your loved one

A Tribute Fund is a way for you to celebrate the life of someone special. And it helps Hospiscare to support other local people when they need us most.

How we help

If you or someone you care for has a life-limiting illness, please ask your GP to refer you to Hospiscare. We support people across the heart of Devon, aged 18 and above. Whether you have cancer, heart failure or a different life-limiting condition, we’re here to help.

About Hospiscare

Hospiscare Tribute funds

When you lose someone dear to you, it’s natural to want to honour their memory.

Some families choose to celebrate the life of a friend or family member by making a donation in their memory, perhaps in lieu of funeral flowers or by holding an event in support of Hospiscare; helping to raise the vital funds that mean we can continue to offer patient & family care.

You may like to use your fund as a diary space; uploading images or videos, lighting candles or listening to your loved one's favourite songs. You may also wish to share with your family and friends so they can write their own messages.

Fundraise for us

Social distancing doesn’t have to mean your fundraising comes to an end. From abseils to afternoon teas, and coastal walks to wing walks, there are so many ways to support your local hospice.

We organise lots of events throughout the year, from Open Gardens and coffee mornings to skydives and wing walks. Or you may wish to organise your own event.

If you’d like to talk about your fundraising idea with one of our community fundraisers, need help with posters or want to request some fundraising goodies, please call the fundraising team on 01392 688020 or email fundraising@hospiscare.co.uk
